Planning notes
Business travel rarely aligns with 3 PM check-in / 11 AM check-out. If you need early arrival or late departure for a dawn or red-eye flight, message before booking — accommodated when the calendar allows, no extra charge for flexibility when we can offer it.
Tools like Splitwise handle four-person rental splits easily. The loft's three bedrooms work for 4-6 business travelers sharing — each person gets a real bed and a share of the common space, at typically 40-60% of what individual hotel rooms cost during peak conference weeks.
Instacart and Amazon Fresh both deliver to the loft. For a week-long conference, stocking the kitchen with breakfast essentials costs about the same as two hotel breakfast buffets and is significantly better.
Providence Station (Amtrak) is 12 minutes on foot. Logan Airport (BOS) is 55 minutes by car. The loft is genuinely well-connected for business travel coming from any direction.
