A private balcony off the main level with two lounge chairs, a small table, and a Weber Genesis II natural gas BBQ. No propane needed — just fire it up and grill.

Fire Pit

A natural gas fire pit in the garden — no wood to haul, no smoke to manage. Simply turn it on and enjoy the ambiance. Note: fire pit use is at guest's risk; no solid materials in the fire.

3 bedrooms (2 master suites + 1 queen), 2.5 baths, dining for 10 indoors, dining for 6 outdoors. Built for groups.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM or later; check-out is at 11:00 AM. Access is fully self-serve via a lockbox — no coordination or key pickup required. Your gate codes and lockbox code will be shared with your booking confirmation before your arrival. If you need to store luggage before check-in or after check-out, just ask — it's usually possible.
One free driveway parking space is included, accessed via the private gated driveway. Open the gate using the remote opener (on the entry shelf inside) or the exterior keypad. A Level 2 EV charger (240V, J1772 adapter) is located right next to the space. Do not attempt to park a second car in the garden — it risks damaging the gate and integrated ice-melt in the concrete. Overnight street parking is also available on Richmond St between approximately 6pm–8am. A garage (South Street Landing, ~2 blocks away) offers overnight parking for $24.
Yes — the loft has a 277 Mbps connection with Ethernet also available for wired setups, ideal for video calls or remote work. Your WiFi network name and password are provided with your booking confirmation before arrival.
The loft sleeps a maximum of 6 adults across three bedrooms. Additional children are allowed up to a total of 8 guests (e.g. 6 adults + 2 children, or 5 adults + 3 children). All guests must be listed on the reservation. Note: there is no pullout sofa or air mattress available.
Pets are not allowed by default, but may be approved in advance with an applicable pet fee. Please inquire before booking if you plan to bring a pet.
Yes. Every bedroom has a dedicated work desk and chair. The loft has 277 Mbps WiFi with Ethernet available. The open kitchen area also works well as a daytime workspace if you prefer a different setting.
No parties, social events (including bachelor/bachelorette, bridal showers, baby showers, or team events) are permitted. Only guests listed on the reservation may be in the loft — no additional visitors without prior written approval. Quiet hours apply after 11pm, especially on the balcony and in the garden.

This is a personal home, opened to guests with care and trust. You may notice some personal belongings: clothes in the master closet, toiletries, and a few photos. These are part of the warmth and character of the space. The loft also has smart-home sensors (Nest Thermostat, Nest Protect, Minut) that monitor temperature, smoke, CO, and noise — none of these have audio or video recording. A security camera faces the exterior parking/balcony area only.
